Local Hoist v0.4.0

Introduces multi-root Workspaces, managed Git worktrees, and a deeper pull-request workflow across desktop and mobile, alongside major improvements to media understanding, long-running agent work, conversation navigation, and Codex reliability.
New
- Added multi-root Workspaces so each conversation can work safely across an explicit set of repositories and folders. Choose a primary root for simple relative paths, use clear aliases for cross-project work, and let tools, subagents, hooks, skills, and handoffs retain the right workspace context.
- Added first-class Git worktree management on desktop, including guided creation, placement, selection, adoption, cleanup, and recovery from stale or partially removed checkouts. Worktrees created on desktop remain fully usable from paired mobile conversations.
- Expanded the post-commit Git workflow with editable GitHub pull-request creation and status, follow-up PR guidance, local merge or squash, exact-commit cherry-pick, target pushes, and conflict or partial-success recovery. Local Hoist Remote can now create and monitor pull requests for linked worktrees through the paired desktop.
- Added a managed Linear app connection so agent activity can use a dedicated Linear identity, with improved tool handling and automatic import of issue images into the conversation.
Improved
- Media inspection now supports explicit audio and video transcription, timestamped results, full-video contact sheets, focused frame selection, larger streamed uploads, and more reliable delivery of generated or tool-returned media to models and subagents.
- Long conversations are easier and faster to navigate with compact expandable turns, search-aware tool and subagent details, improved live Markdown, and faster initial loading of recent history.
- Local Hoist Remote gained richer Virtual Changes, diff, rollback, commit, and push flows, along with native image markup, refreshed conversation transitions, and stronger reconnection after network changes.
- Codex subscription usage and reset information is clearer, while disconnect handling, streaming recovery, Computer Use routing, and usage accounting are more reliable.
Reliability
- Long-running shell commands, approvals, hooks, and subagent work now stop, resume, reconcile, and recover more predictably across interruptions and app restarts.
- Commit and push flows now distinguish local success from remote failure, preserve recoverable outcomes, and offer safer one-click synchronization or push retries on desktop and mobile.
