A small GPT Image 2 follow-up with a minor database migration fix and a few polish updates.

Fixed

  • Fixed a minor database migration issue for GPT Image 2 cost tracking on some older installations.
  • Fixed generated image reference hover previews so enlarged thumbnails stay above nearby image chips and message text.

Reliability

  • Added regression coverage for partially applied local database migrations to help future updates recover cleanly across older installations.
  • Improved conversation activity status so completed shell sessions or subagent results are less likely to leave a conversation looking stuck as still running.
