v0.0.19 gives automatic context compression a clearer, more user-controlled flow. You can now review a pre-compression prompt with options to compress now, defer it for a set number of messages, or turn automatic compression off, and Compression Settings are simpler to understand and manage.
New
- Added a pre-compression confirmation prompt with a live countdown, plus quick actions to compress now, defer for a set number of messages, or turn off automatic compression.
- Deferred compression now stays snoozed for the number of messages you choose, even across reloads, and inactive conversations show a clear pending-compression badge instead of interrupting you unexpectedly.
Improved
- Reworked Compression Settings so shared thresholds, timing, and prompt controls are easier to find and understand, with percentage-based threshold display and smoother editing for longer fields.
