Local Hoist v0.0.1

Our first public release established the core Local Hoist desktop experience with automatic updates, better conversation performance, stronger model and cost controls, and a more polished chat workflow. It also introduced important reliability and safety improvements that made the app feel much more production-ready out of the gate.

Added automatic app update detection, in-app update prompts, and support for required updates when needed.
Added a dockable cost panel and richer cost visibility across the app.
Added background agent status visibility in the conversation list.

Improved conversation creation, loading, and overall page-load performance.
Improved model selection, pricing display, reasoning controls, and support for additional models.
Improved chat layout behavior with better resizing, panel interactions, auto-scroll behavior, and queued message handling.

Fixed several workflow issues affecting tool calls, search behavior, markdown rendering, and conversation UI polish.
Fixed reliability issues around retries, cost transparency, and keeping usage-related app state in sync.

Added safety hardening and guardrail improvements for tools, retries, and user-facing warnings.
Improved production readiness with more stable backend and release setup for public use.
